An Unusual Perspective on Poker Fish
There are a lot of different ways that online poker sharks view poker fish. Some of the more advanced online poker players out there think of fish as silly new players that just don’t know any better. Other poker players think that fish are unintelligent players who fail to understand the fine points of poker knowledge. These perspectives are deeply flawed for a lot of reasons. If you are just starting out, it can be downright disheartening to see these perspectives of new players. If you are a more advanced player, then it is easy to think that you don’t need to think too much about the poker fish.
I would like to suggest a new way of viewing the poker fish. Try to think of them as little cash registers. They are your source of income if you are a regular poker online player. You need to respect them as part of your poker environment. Without these human cash registers you would not be able to win at the game. Abandon the older perspectives on fish for this more respectful definition. Think of what the poker fish can provide for you instead of focusing on the negative aspects of these much maligned neophyte poker players.
